Nathan Lee is a qualified Music Therapist with an MA from the University of Roehampton and certification in Neurologic Music Therapy. Based in Milton Keynes, he has experience across NHS acute stroke wards and child development centres, neurorehabilitation services, SEN and mainstream schools, and medicolegal contexts, supporting people with a wide range of emotional, developmental, and neurological needs.
His work includes supporting neurodivergent children and young people, adults recovering from trauma or neurological injury, and older adults living with dementia. Nathan has a strong interest in how music and the brain interact and uses creative, person-centred approaches to enhance communication, aid rehabilitation, and promote wellbeing.

Caitlin Shek
Associate NMT™ Therapist
Caitlin completed her MA in Music Therapy at Anglia Ruskin University and is also a qualified Neurologic Music Therapist. Prior to her clinical training, she worked as a Teaching Learning Support Practitioner with children who experienced learning difficulties and adverse childhood experiences, and she continues to bring a trauma-informed perspective into her therapeutic work.
She has gained experience across a range of settings, including NHS functional assessment wards, older adult mental health services, and children’s hospices supporting children with profound and multiple learning disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Working with clients across the lifespan, Caitlin adapts her approach to meet diverse neurological, emotional, and communication needs.
Her ability to improvise and respond musically in the moment allows her to connect with individuals of all ages and abilities, supporting self-expression, confidence, and communication through music. Combining clinical knowledge with a warm, empathetic presence, Caitlin creates sessions that are therapeutic, creative, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs.
